How I See It

I have always been fascinated with Christianity like others are fascinated with Greek or Roman mythology. The Bible is a book that has started wars, ended lives, and governed countries. This book has heavily influenced how we view good and evil, even now in this modern age. It has changed the world for better and for worse. There have been many interpretations of the Bible over the centuries and these commonly have conflicting ideas from one person's opinion to the next.

Many people have strived to make sense of the Bible and push their own views into it. These scholars and interpreters have both supported and detested the Bible. What stands alone in my interpretations is my own experiences and opinions as someone who feels neutral about the Bible. Looking into this huge piece, I was moved to redesign the Bible so that it may be approached from my perspective and focused on things I found significant. My intent is to focus on good and evil in the critical, more well-known moments as well those that are unknown or forgotten.

I believe that the integration of my opinions as a former Christian and as a questioning individual help to bring the texts together more cohesively by striving to draw the interest of others as the topics have drawn mine. This is not an attack or praise of Christianity. It is a conscious restructuring of information that has been seen in limited. This creates an encompassing experience to help reflect upon the emotions these pieces elicit.
